The 15th anniversary CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey
There are hundred's of surveys for the HR technology sector but I can't think of any that have been going for 15 years!
With a 25-year history of delivering full-cycle services and solutions CedarCrestone is a trusted advisor helping organisations define their future technology investments and the CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey is a vital piece of research that they share with the HR community.
Here at Lumesse, we believe our customers, partners, prospective customers and our employees can all get some great insights from the final research so would encourage you to take part ASAP as the deadline for submissions is 2nd July 2012.
You can see the results of the 2011 survey on the CedarCrestone website with a range of reports, webinars and press releases. Here's what CedarCrestone say about the 2012 survey:
The 15th anniversary CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey continues to track the adoption, deployment approaches, and value achieved of 30+ HR technologies, and will add three new or recharged technologies of projected importance to HR: big data, collaborative knowledge sharing (aka electronic content management), and work management software. The results will summarize current and projected plans and budgets and will also provide a synopsis of trends over the past 15 years.
We believe that 2012 marks an inflexion point for three areas:
- The switch from more organizations doing upgrades of the core system of record to more doing replacements.
- A stronger-than-ever focus on integrated talent management as an equally key technology that further drives workforce contributions to business outcomes.
- An increasing impact from all things social, mobile, and analytical.
As we are sure you would expect, a survey like this takes around 20 minutes to complete and does require full and valid data but like anything that takes effort, the end result is worthwhile.
