The Agile Learning Survey: Living with the Speed of Change

GB Cycling

Change is a constant workplace discussion although the last two weeks have probably been more about all the Gold medals being won!

But what makes a cycling or rowing team more successful than a swimming team? What makes individual runners like Jess Ennis or Mo Farah better than the rest?

You can take a great athlete but if the training programme goes wrong and they peak a few days early (or late), they can end up with "nothing" after four years of focus. Athletes at any level have to deal with constant change to respond to injuries, new ideas, new competitors, unexpected results...pretty much like a typical workplace.

So what can HR learn from all of the Olympic athletes when they too face so many changes on an ongoing basis yet on the day, so many have made their country proud?

Please take our 5 minute Agile Learning Survey to find out how organisations today learn how to stay ahead of their competitors.
