Can you tell us about what you are seeing in new HR technology?
VK: 85% of
deals in last year were Saas - this is a revolution (although it is worth
noting that Lumesse has seen a roughly 50:50 split this year so there’s still
plenty of our customers not looking at SaaS). Key part of this is user
experience – just take a look at sites like Worker.com and Jobs to Web. If you
go for an SaaS solution you will reduce workload in your shared service centre
